Documents: Students are advised to carry the following documents at the venue on the day of the recruitment drive .

- Role: Analog Layout Design Engineer
- Job Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
- Training Location: Ranchi
- Job Type: Permanent, On-site
Qualifications:
- B.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering (ETC), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electrical Engineering (EE)
- Eligible batches: 2023, 2024, and 2025
Selection Process:
- Written Exam:
- Basic Aptitude
- Basics of Electronics
- Network Theory
- Interview:
- Candidates selected after the written exam will be invited for a face-to-face interview.
Training Period:
- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Ranchi Design Center
- Stipend during training: Rs. 12,000 per month
Post-Training Employment:
- Full-time position at ARF Design Pvt Ltd after successful completion of training.

Bond Agreement:
- A 5-year bond agreement is applicable to selected candidates.
