Greetings from Cognizant!

We are glad to inform you that internship 2025 is progressing well with the selected students from your esteemed institution engaged in active learning through our training curriculum. We would like to share the internship status of students with regard to their technical performance and attendance status.

We seek your support to help encourage students who haven't met the benchmarks under technical Performance Health Score (PHS) and Attendance Health Score (AHS) as reflected in the data attached to remain focused towards successful completion of the internship program. Please note that in the attached report, both PHS and AHS are categorized as satisfactory or unsatisfactory, minimum required score is satisfactory across both the parameters and are mandatory qualifiers for successful completion of the program.

Important Guidelines

  • If their PHS score is not satisfactory in the advanced skilling stages – during the final evaluation on technical knowledge / project deliverables / skill-based assessment (SBA), then it would lead to de-enrolment from the program and revocation of Letter of Intent (LoI).
    • There's only one attempt for the interim evaluation (mid of the skilling journey) and two attempts for final evaluation (end of their skilling journey) based on the Interim evaluation outcome.
    • If the PHS score is mentioned as N/A (Not Applicable), then it means they are still in the pre-requisite skilling stage.
  • If their AHS score is not satisfactory – It would lead to de-enrolment from the program in 1st week of the subsequent month and revocation of Letter of Intent (LoI).
