Dear Sir / Madam,

Please note that Hinduja Global Recruitment Process has been scheduled on 9th & 10th June at Techno Main Salt Lake campus .

Please find the list of candidates who have shown interest to participate through registration and Only unplaced candidates from the attached file can appear in the drive.

Reporting Time : 9.30 a.m at TMSL

Please note that having a smart phone with adequate internet availability along with wired earphone are mandated to take up the assessment.

Documents: The Following documents need to carry to the venue on the day of the recruitment drive:

· Updated Resume-2 copies (Hard copy) + Soft Copy ( Students should bring a copy of their updated resume with a photo printed on it ).

· Coloured passport size photographs- 2 copies (Hard copy) + Soft Copy

· All the testimonials from Class 10th to till date. (Photocopy + Original Soft Copy).

· Project / Internship related documents

· College ID, Voter id card, Pan Card, Addhar card. (Soft Copy + Hard Copy)

· Pen, Writing board, few A4 blank sheets, stapler with pins, glue.

With IDFC (Infrastructure Development Finance Company) the job typically involves selling financial products or services to customers over the phone.

The candidates are expected to have basic fluency in English along with fluency in local language, which is Bengali , as mandatory skill.

Here goes the general job description:

Responsibilities:
1. Sell IDFC financial products (e.g., loans, credit cards, insurance, investments) to new and existing customers via outbound/inbound calls.
2. Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns.
3. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
4. Build relationships with customers to ensure long-term business.
5. Update customer records and database.
6. Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
7. Identify and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
1. Graduate degree (any discipline)
2. 0-1 years of sales experience (telesales preferred)
3. Excellent communication and persuasion skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
6. Familiarity with financial products (desirable)
7. Proficiency in English and Kannada (local language skills may be required)
Work Environment:
