This is to inform you that IBM Consulting has shown interest in conducting a off campus recruitment drive for 2025 pass out batch of B.Tech – CSE, IT , ECE and CSE Allied Branches of 2025 pass out batch .
Request you to inform your unplaced students to go through the below mentioned details shared by the Company and only Eligible, interested candidates need to complete the entire registration process at given registration link by 7th November 2025 ,1.00 p.m.
Candidates need to be very careful during the registration process and read the details before filling up the registration form.
NOTE: The company shall further shortlist candidates from the data received during initial registration for further process.
Email id which will be given by a candidate during the registration process is the same id required to use during the entire process of this recruitment drive (including online test) by the candidate. Any discrepancy in data during registration shall cancel the candidature of any candidate at any point of time.
Mark Calculation : On Actual basis ( Sum of marks obtained / Sum total of maximum marks obtainable , All subjects will be considered including optional / elective subjects ) .
Current UG marks calculation Process : As per the respective university norms.
Please note that IBM will shortlist candidates based on their applications, and shortlisted students will receive direct communication from IBM regarding the screening rounds.

Position: Associate Systems Engineer
Eligibility: Course Completion Year: 2025 - This is an entry level Off-Campus hiring position and the candidates must have obtained their degree before the start of employment with IBM.
Educational Background: B.E/BTech graduates from Computer Science (all CS batches like CSE, AIML, DS, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, CSBS , IOT, Robotics, AI , Cybersecurity, Blockchain to name a few) and Information Technology related branches with 6 CGPA/60% and no active backlogs.
Key Competencies: Programming (preferably in Java, C++, Python, Node.js) & Software Development Life Cycle Concepts
Work Location: PAN India
Compensation: INR 4.50 Lakh per annum + *One time settling allowance of INR 25000
