Position: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Positions/Vacancies - 50

Department: IMS (ORS – US)

Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad (Gujarat)

Work time: 06:30 PM to 04:30 AM (Monday to Friday) (Night Shift)

Pay Range:
                 INR 15,000 CTC for first 6 months (Take Home: INR 13,000, after deducting PF, ESIC and Professional Tax )
                 INR 18,000 CTC from 7th month (Take Home: INR 16,500, after deducting PF, ESIC and Professional Tax )

Incentive/ Bonus: Recruiters get INR 3,000/- for the first start in a month and form second and onwards starts in the same month shall be paid at the rate of INR 4,000/- (this is subject to policy changes)

Educational Qualification: B-Tech (Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Pharmaceuticals/ Mechanical/ Electronics & Communication/Civil) with 50% throughout and upto 3 backlogs

Placement Process: - 

1. Written Test

2. GD Round

3. Essay Round of 200-300 words

3. PI round

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office and Internet
Readiness to work in night shift
