Final project format.. IMPORTANT

Guys... The report and PPT which we submitted in our final review has lot of mistakes and so Jayanthi mam has made few corrections.

I write down here the points told by mam which has to be followed mandatorily while preparing your Final Project Report. Please make your report in this order.

• The first three pages format will be mailed to you and each batch change it accordingly with respective title and project guide.
  
• Introduction:
  

              ---an brief introduction about the project done. Followed by,

           "Overview of the Project"- This side heading should be the first under introduction..

• Hardware Description:
  

            ---Block diagram, Functional diagram,etc...

• Software Description:
  

            ---No coding/program should be there. Only Flow charts and algorithms should be present. SOFTWARE DOMAIN PROJECTS PLEASE PUT DIFFERENT ALGORITHMS IN STEPS.

• Experimental Results (for H/W projects) / Results and analysis (for S/W projects):
  

            ---Snapshots, Videos, etc..

• Conclusion and future work.
  
• References.
  
• All figures and tables should be numbered and named below them. Also the figures should be mentioned in the forthcoming paragraphs.(example- The figure 2.1 represents the.............)

These are just the important points to be followed while preparing your PPT and also your final report. Please follow the font size, font type, spacing's,  caps/small letter and other formats from the senior's file mailed by Saranya.
