Hi guys,
This is going to be a discussion on a simple problem and i would like to hear your comments about it.
one of my friends posted a problem on Modeling a Nano coil
"Plot of magnitude of B field (B) and flux density for a current of 5 μA in a
nanocoil with a diameter of 100 nm (10 turns)"
He wanted me to run some FEA simulations to get some interesting plots.
Electromagnetic analysis in nano scale is a new line which i haven't done before in my simulations....
To do FEA simulation two things are important one is the geometry ( which i can figure out) and second is the physics... which i wanted you guys to help me out!
could you guys tell me what is the physics down the hill where the quantum effect comes into play due to the length scaling?
or is to going to be just solving Ampere’s Law to get magnetic field and Maxwell equation to get the flux density?
