It gives us pleasure to announce that Nisum is in the process of Hiring Lateral’s for the positions(Sr. Software Engineer(SSE))opened newly.

Instructions:
1. First obtain the written/email consent of the candidate being referred;
2. Objectively complete in full an Employee Referral Form for each candidate they wish to refer (the Employee Referral Form is available on the Sharepoint/One Nisum Intranet site or attached with this email);
3. Forward a copy of the candidate’s written/email consent, Employee Referral Form and a copy of the candidate’s resume/Curriculum Vitae by email to the Recruitment team (nisu...@nisum.com) with a subject line (Candidate full Name-Position name) in the below mentioned tabular format (body of the email).

4. If the candidate meets the criteria which is mentioned in the document only then he/she will be shortlisted.
5. Hard copy of the profile will not be considered.
Important Notes and guidelines to follow during this program:
1. This is NOT a direct Walk-in. You need to apply through said procedure and only shortlisted candidates will be informed to them directly.
2. Employees must not be involved in or influence in any way the interviewer, assessment and selection process for any candidate they refer. Failure to comply with this requirement may lead to corrective actions.
3. Employees participating in an interview, assessment and selection panel must not be involved in nor influence in any way the interview, assessment and selection process for any candidate they have referred. It is expected that in these instances the employee will seek to be removed from the interview, assessment and selection panel and to disclose the details of their referral at the earliest opportunity. Failure to comply with this requirement may lead to corrective actions.
