I am sending you this e-mail to inform you that Atong Dhol Malueth Ring was accepted to Vels University, at the International level. Now she is in second year and was happy, praising Vels University to be the best University in the World. Even recommended two of our relatives, daughter of Chief Justice and daughter of High Court of Appeal Judge, who are now in first year at Vels University Chennai.
Last night she phoned me and said that she wanted to go to another University where lectures are conducted in English, because the lecturers have started to lecture in Iocal language and she can not understand what has been lectured in the hall and are approaching exams.
When she was accepted to Vels University 2013, there was nothing in terms of reference that lectures are conducted in Local Language, otherwise, one could have thought of another alternative, if indicated in terms of reference.
Nevertheless, Foreign Students coming from different parts of the world should be given their right of lectures in English. Because VELS University has attracted people taking their young one’s there for Studies in English as the medium of office instruction. They can not pickup local language easily, unless long term plan
Please, try to find out what is going within the HALL  of  lectures and find a solution for Overseas Foreign Students, because we are paying money without benefit and gained knowledge of our children.
I am sure you will understand me correctly and have told me daughter Atong Dhol Malueth Ring to see you in the office of the Chairman. I left it in your hand to take care of my daughter as exams are near.
Indian is ranking the third in good English, right after Australia and Britain and South Africa number four.
