Laxmikanth Madapaty will share best practices and advise on how to manage your career and make the most out of it, as you think about what to do after graduation. He'll share his experiences reflecting on his career, from being a student at MIT Manipal to working at some of the greatest companies in the corporate world. 

Laxmikanth was a student in the E&C department from 1988-92 and taught for a year at MIT Manipal before pursuing a Master of Science degree in the United States. Following that, Laxmikanth worked at Lucent/Bell Labs in various technical and operational roles before pursuing a full-time MBA at Kellogg School of Management. Switching careers, Laxmikanth took on various product and business leadership roles at Microsoft, Google, and most recently at Quantcast, an advertising technology startup in the Silicon Valley.
