Dear Sir,

 

As we discussed, you are invited to deliver a talk on " Innovative Student Projects" for the students from Dubai campus.

 

There are 6 students and one teacher all are from ECE dept. I request some of our project students  and faculty members to sit in the hall and listen to you. That would be great learning for them as well.

 

The venue is ECE dept seminar hall ( AB-5 Ground floor) - It is diagonally opposite to your faculty cabin but in the Ground floor  ( You are in second floor ). The time is between 9.15 am to 10.15 am.

 

Please let me know if you need any support from our side.
