I  would request you all to please put up the printed copy of the poster on the notice board in college and forward this information to fellow students on the relevant mailing groups.

Thanks Devesh,

Last year, we noticed that we have sent several kits to NSIT students but noone has turned up in the event. This does not put up a very good rapport of college and students. Please make sure the same is not repeated this year . We have put up the timelines for the event in the Poster. If it does not  suit you (if college is conducting some semester exam etc during that time, then do let us know in advance, we will try to accomodate the event dates accordingly).

 

Please find the attached poster for the event.Please do put  it up at the notice board of each department in college.

And the student participation form is also attached. Please form a team and take permission from college and then send the filled form to me.

Since you are forming a team, are you going to have any selection process ? Or do you require a pre requisite skill set of some sorts ?
