Dear Sir/Madam,

As discussed with the faculty members of the departments under TSSOT, I am putting the key points wrt the END semester exam. below.

1. The END semester examination (theory) will be completed before 24/12/2024 including the first year.
2. The practical examination will be completed by 10/01/2025.
3. The moderated question papers will be submitted to CoE by 08/11/2024.
4. MID semester (regular) marks will be submitted by 12/11/2024.
5. Internal/Sessional marks will be submitted by end of November'24.
6. Supplementary END semester examination may be scheduled along with the regular END sem exam.

NB: Except Dept. of CSE, all the other departments agreed to complete the END semester examination including practical before the winter
vacation.  Considering the limited time to complete the syllabus, I am also proposing that let us complete the theory exam. before winter
vacation and the practical examination be scheduled just after the winter break.

In view of the above, I am requesting you to come up with the draft schedule of theory examination so that we can propose the date of
commencement of the exam as well as other relevant dates.
