Our college requires us to fill the alumini details in the souvenir
file(DOCUMENT ATTACHED WITH THIS MAIL). Please complete the file and
send it to --

The mail to be sent to the above mail id should consist of the
following attached :
1) The edited document file using the file attached to this mail. **
2) A passport size photo of yours.**
The above two must be two separate attachments in a single mail.Please
send it as early as possible.
For those who have already saved the edited document in NI lab shall
send only their passport size photograph if not attached in the
document--- mentioning it properly in the subject of the mail.
