Dear Placement Coordinators/Students.

Good Afternoon, this is to inform one and all M/s. Larsen & Tubro Ltd - Construction , Chennai, are planning to visit our institution for campus placement program for batch 2016

The tentative campus date is 23rd September 2015 

Not sure about the bond, Need to check with the company,and last year CTC offered was Rs.5.00 lakhs for UG and Rs.5.15 lakhs for PG.

The eligible branches in UG Program : B.E/B.Tech - Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering. 

The eligible branches in PG Program: M.E/M.Tech - Power Electronics & Drives & Environmental Engineering.

Basic criteria  Aggregate should be 65% or CGPA 6.50+ in the current program, No standing and No history of arrears are allowed at the time of process. The should go through the eligibility criteria and if you are meeting the criteria then participate.

They would require the candidates from respective branches Civil - top 40, Mechanical - top -30, Electrical top-30, Electronics & Communication - top 5. PG - M.E - PED - Top - 10, Environmental - top- 10.  They have specified maximum number of students who can appear for the test process. 

What you should do is as a branch you need to include both A+B section as one list,( if you have 2 section work this way, and if you have 1 section only take the top students as per company requirement, and check the eligibility criteria) If some one is not interested and some of them are planning to purse higher studies you can remove their names. Those already placed in core and dream job offers you can remove the names.  Send the list as per attached format by 12 noon on 12th September 2015, list must reach Mr.R.Ramesh.. If he/she recruited by the company must accept the job offer, and they should not decline the offer.

We are happy to inform you that we have commenced our Campus recruitment process for the year 2015-16.

 

Please find attached herewith the Notice Inviting Applications containing the eligibility criteria and the discipline wise number of students allowed to appear for our selection process.

 

We will be doing online testing at your institute for the eligible candidates.

 

We have engaged M/s Merittrac Pvt. Ltd. To conduct online testing on our behalf. Merittrac will get in touch with you for conducting the test.

 

The date for this online testing and interviews at your campus is scheduled as Sept’ 23, 2015 . You will soon be receiving an user id & password for your college. Once you receive the same you are requested to upload the eligible candidates list and other details on our portal. Please note that  students will not be allowed to fill up the online application form unless data is uploaded from your end in our specified format.

 

On your confirmation on the above date of online test and receipt of student data in our portal at our end, we will authorize Merittrac representatives to interact with you and conduct the test run on the previous day of actual online test.

 

The interviews for shortlisted students will be conducted immediately or  subsequently after announcement of results of shortlisted candidates, which shall be communicated to you prior to the testing process.
