Dear Placement Coordinators/Students.

Good Morning, this is to inform one and all M/s.Accenture, have confirmed their visit to our institution for campus placement program for batch 2016.

They are part of the day 1 slot sharing with other companies(Infosys/CTS/Wipro)

The campus date 28th & 29th September 2015. - 2 DAY Process.- Day 1- Online assessment test, Day 2 - interview for short listed candidates.

Venue : SSNCE @ Main Auditorium 8.30 AM ( students must reach the auditorium not later than 8.15 AM)

The lab details will be announced on 28th Sept 2015

The eligible branches are : B.E/B.Tech, all discipline, PG - MCA , PG - M.E all specializations- for non placed students only.

The company has specified eligibility criteria, refer the trail mail for clarity.

Those eligible and interested must register your names through placement coordinators, once you have given the names, you must attend the placement process, if you are absent in any of the companies, your names will be removed from the placement list. Every one follow the target date, late registration not accepted by the company.

Basic requirements for placement & other conditions.

Students to carry the college id card (should be wearing)

Up dated resume, Mark sheets & Certificates in original and copies, Passport size photo graphs at least on dozen of it.

Dress code: Boys - neatly shaved, formal dress - black/Dark blue/ Gray/Brown trouser - white/blue or light color full sleeve shirts only, Formal shoes only.

No jeans, No T- Shirts, No sports shoes, and No slipper or sandles applicable for both boys & girls.

Dress code : Girls - neatly dressed - churidar with decent & good footwear.

Reporting time : 10 Min before the placement program at the respective venue indicated during the process. Attendance will be taken on every placement process by the coordinators.

Request placement coordinators to share the information to your batch mates immediately. Prepare the placement data sheet as per the company format only.

Forwarding the mail from Accenture with all the attachment, request to go through the same and understand the company requirement. Arrange to send the completed students data sheet only to Mr.R.Ramesh, Placement Cell Coordinator, on or before 12 noon on 25th August 2015.

Students studying in SSN college (irrespective of which state they belong to) will have a 60% eligibility criteria.

Regarding the criteria for M.E. or M.Tech

We have guidelines from our governing council to have an 85 percentile score in GATE exams for ME/M.Tech graduates.

This is followed as a guideline at all our empaneled colleges.

We here by confirm that Accenture will conduct the campus recruitment for 2016 pass-out students at SSN College of Engineering, Chennai on 28 & 29 Sept 2015 as a Day 1 shared Company.

Sept 29 – Interviews

Request you to confirm back your acceptance on the above, so that we can plan the event & logistics accordingly.

Also, requesting you to share the list of eligible candidates in the format attached with this email.

Eligibility Criteria

· All disciplines of B.E., B.Tech, and M.C.A.

· 60% or CGPA 6.0 ( out of 10) and above in graduation/post graduation. (55% & above for Maharashtra Colleges)

· No current backlogs or No standing arrears at the time of process. They have not specified about the history of arrears in the current program

· Max 1 year gap in education

M.E. or M.Tech

· Additionally GATE score should be 85 percentile and above

Documents to be carried by students on the day of the process:

· 2 passport size color photograph

· 2 copies of updated resume

· 10th, 12th and all semester mark-sheet of the latest degree (till results declared) – photocopy. In case of MCA & ME MTECH, mark-sheet of the previous degree is required too.

· ID Proof – Driving License, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID, College ID Card (Any One - photocopy)

· PAN Card – Photocopy or Acknowledgement Receipt.
