Dear Alumni,

Greetings from SSN !!

Hope you and your family members are doing well.

Every year, contributions by SSN alumni have supported scholarships to meritorious and deserving SSN students (~3% of overall student strength). Alumni scholarships are aimed at rewarding deserving students from challenging backgrounds, and in the process, planting seeds of change to cultivate a culture of giving back to the community.

The SSN Alumni Scholarship Scheme (SAS) was established in partnership with SSN Alumni Association (SSNAA) in order to nurture the educational aspirations of well-deserved students. We are proud to say that alumni contribution through this scheme, since its inception, has positively impacted the lives of more than 400 students till date. It is also worth mentioning that Alumni participation has been very encouraging and donation to the scheme has been steadily increasing over the past years.

In order to continue this righteous benefaction to our community, we invite you, yet again, to contribute to the SSN Alumni Scholarship Scheme and thereby support commendable students for the current academic year. Students seeking support have submitted their applications for 2020-2021 alumni scholarships, and the deserving applicants will be selected after evaluation.

We look forward to your continued commitment and participation. We request you to encourage your fellow alumni also to support this scheme.

PS:

1. There is no minimum limit set on the contribution. Every small contribution will impact the life of a student.

2. The contribution will be used only for the scholarship scheme by way of payment towards academic fee and/or mess fee and not for any other purposes.

3. The donors will also get an opportunity to personally mentor the beneficiaries.

4. All contributions get the benefit of tax exemption under section 80G.
