as a part of her Master of Science i.e. M.Sc Yoga Therapy, seek  your support to complete her dissertation (thesis) work.

*Survey* Prevalence of Back pain among Working Employees

*Objective* Low Back Pain (LBP) is ranked first as a cause of disability and inability to work and expected to affect up to 90% of the world's population at some point of life. Therefore, the objective of this study is to design a questionnaire to determine the prevalence of Back pain exclusively for working Employees,

Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary and your may opt of few questions in the survey. All of your responses will be kept confidential. She will be using the data for Statistical purposes and she will be reported only in aggregated form to SVYASA University (http://svyasa.edu.in/).
