FV ใน Datasheet ของ Pressure vessel นี่ ใช้ Condition ไร Design อ่ะ หาใน Google แล้วคำตอบหลากหลายจนงงแระ

FV  มี 2 อย่างที่เคยผ่านหูผ่านตามาครับ

1. Flow control valve

2. Full Vacuum

 

กรณีเจ๊น่าจะเป็นข้อ 2 รึเปล่าครับ (ในโลกของเราประมาณ -0.85 bar มั๊ง)

 

แต่ถ้าเป็นข้อ 1 ใช้ Flow rate (min/nor/max) , Pressure rating, Pipe size, Temperature, %เปิดปิด( 10%-80%), Differential pressure, ชนิดของ fluid ประมาณนี้ครับ

อืม หมายถึง Full vacuum อะแหละ ว่าใช้ค่าที่เท่าไหร่  สรุปว่า -0.85 bar นะ แต๊งกิ้วๆ

 

ปล. แมงกะพรุนย้ายไปอยู่ Mechanic แล้วหรา 555

เฮ้ยเจ๊ -0.85 มันคือที่ทำได้บนโลกอ่ะครับ

แต่ในทางทฤษฎีแล้วเจ๊ต้องใช้ -1 bar ครับ

Full vacuum (FV) – a condition  where the internal absolute pressure is  0 psi (0 KPa) and the external absolute pressure on the vessel is 15 psi (100 KPa) (see UG-116)

จากนิยามนี้ไม่ใช่  0 Abs bar หรือ?

อ่อ แปลว่าของเอ้ต้องเป็น -1 Barg = วัต 0 bar abs
