I added dance subtitles to this video.
Normally, the audio of the caller is so muddy I just leave it out most of the time.
But in this case, Lindsey Dono's calls were very clear and the system audio professional (Ian Hamelin) did such a great job of the recording that I left the calls in.
If you're learning the dance or learning to call the dance, I think it's helpful to have both of these sources.
In addition to seeing dancing done well, I think it's good to see the band having fun with the tune while interacting with each other. In the closing credits I have two shots of the band, one from the front and one from the back that also shows the dancers.
In the YouTube comments about this video, there was a comment objecting to my video editing style as it interrupted the flow of the dance in the video. I replied to the comment explaining my video editing style. My video editing objective is to help the viewer quickly learn the dance by only showing a few rounds of the dance done well. I don't want to subject viewers to rounds of the dance where the couple standing out at the top blocks a clear view of the dancing. I also don't want to show rounds of the dance that aren't danced well and may be embarrassing to the dancers.
