CAPITAL ENGLISH COUNTRY DANCE

Sunday, April 5
Dance from 2 to 5 p.m. (Beginner Workshop at 1:30 p.m.)
St. John's Episcopal Church, 146 First St., Troy, NY

Hello Dance Friends,

We will be having a dance on Easter, something we've chosen to do in years past, as it seems some folks enjoy getting out on that day for a bit of dancing. We have a real treat in store, too. Martha Griffen will be coming to us from Connecticut to call the dance. (See her biography below.) She will be accompanied by our old favorites, Spare Parts. (Biography below.)

This will be a fancy dress dance, so come in festive garb - a feather, a bow, an Easter bonnet, colorful tie and socks, a prom dress, a vest, tux or a whole period costume. Whatever suits your taste. Let's make it extra fun.

A couple of reminders:

 - It is rare for us to call off a dance due to weather. However, if conditions should warrant cancellation, we will notify you via email by 11 a.m., at the latest.
-  Please stay home if you feel sick or have symptoms of Covid, flu or a cold.

Looking forward to dancing with you soon!  We probably won't be doing the bunny hop, but we may have a little Easter Parade to show off our finery and there's sure to be some chocolate.
