Dear ECDA Members:
We WILL be meeting TONIGHT at Whole Foods. The topic for the evening will be Voter Suppression, which has been highlighted by recent events in Randolph County. We’ll discuss those events but also the other methods of voter suppression that happen everywhere.
We’ll also discuss plans for an ECDA fund raiser for our candidates and ECDA candidate support days.
Tomorrow night: Ratify ERA Georgia! will celebrate Women's Equality Day a few days early by viewing Ruth Bader Ginsburg at the Tara Cinema on August 22. 2345 Cheshire Bridge Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30324 6:30 – 9:30 PM Tickets are $17, and can be purchased at the door. Let’s get this campaign off to a great start with great attendance!
Then on August 26, the official Women's Equality Day, join us in contacting women and men who will join the movement to gain Equal Pay for Equal Work. Build your Team ERA.
