Dear ECDA Members,

With the hurricane bearing down on us, there is no telling what the damage may be or its impact on our ability to vote. If you have your absentee ballot, please vote for Democrats and the 8 issues on the back and return it! By the way, it only costs 49 cents to mail it, but if you want to be really sure, use .71!

Please urge everyone you know to vote. Your life depends on it.
