Dear ECDA members,
Today is the day we have been awaiting for two years! Today is the day when we can achieve some off-set for years of Republican domination and the destruction done to our country by Donald Trump! If you have not already voted, get out your umbrellas and brave the lines to make your voices heard. Our candidates have done an outstanding job, and now we have to take them across the finish line. If you have free time, contact the campaigns to assist with driving people to the polls. And bring an extra umbrella for your guests.
No matter what happens, we have all worked hard to make our voices heard. While we may not be 100% successful in getting out candidates elected, the Republicans know we are here and that there are LOTS of Democrats. They know we will be ready for the next election, so they’d better behave themselves!
Please call and/or email everyone you know and make sure they vote. There is no riding out this election. This is the most important election of our time, so vote as if your life depends on it, because it does!
