Fellowship retreat at Cannon Beach Conference

Hello brothers and sisters,

I hope to create a dedicated thread to discuss our upcoming retreat. I called them and collected this info:

• The weekend package is only available outside of summer. In other words, our option is either Memorial Day or Labor Day. FYI - All the events are week long during summer, and now they don't offer a partial week (this was offered in the past).
• The cost for a family of 4 runs about $950 - $1250. This includes lodging (3 nights), breakfast, dinner, activities and speakers. In comparison, Best Western at Cannon beach costs $1080 for 3 nights during Memorial Day.
• There is vacancy for both Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend for now, but they won't last long.

Please chime in with your thoughts. The person on the phone told me: "it's a good idea to reserve for Memorial Day by the end of this month".

Thanks for researching and sharing the retreat information. 

Both Memorial day and Labor day weekends work for us. But we prefer Memorial day weekend.

Thanks Michael for organizing this retreats! My family and I  would love to go but I will be on backup call that weekend at work so will have to stay in town. Have a great Time to connect and grow during this retreat!
