Fellowship Christmas Party this Sunday - Quick Survey

Hello brothers and sisters,

With a small-size fellowship, we need to be agile at times. Our original plan is to meet at 1pm this Sunday. It looks like Fielding cannot join us this time. With that, would you like to:

1. Stick with the plan - Meet on Sunday
2. Meet at EKC on Saturday evening during the YF time (if we can secure a room at EKC)
3. Some other plans?
4. Let's cancel this one for now.

Which options do you prefer? We (Liu family) prefer either #1 or #2.

Please stay with option number one. We will catch up with you again in the new year. We didn’t know about this event interfering at the time we made our plans and don’t want you all to have to adjust.

We’re good with 1 or 2. How many families would be available for each?

Good about Saturday is Sunday already feels really busy, especially getting to church by 9 am.

Good thing about Sunday is the middle schoolers can join us.

Thank you for your prompt feedback =)

YF will from 6pm to 9pm on Saturday. If we have our fellowship Christmas party at the same time, I am afraid we won't have enough activities for the whole 3 hours. With that, let's stick with our original plan at 1pm on Sunday. For those going, please:

• Bring a $10 gift for the younger kids not in YF
• Prepare an activity to keep us busy for 10 minutes
• Bring simple snack

The location is underneath the church office. See you soon!
