Hello all!

I hope everyone has had a chance to read over the proposals posted up by schools! Just a quick summary: Columbia University and Cornell University have placed a bid for a Fall Conference ('10), Princeton has placed a bid for a Spring Conference ('11). Please take some time to look over the proposals and prepare questions for when we meet over the interwebs at a later date (within the next week) to vote on the conferences. There are 17 schools listed on the contact sheet which will be used to check attendance - please make sure your school is on the contact sheet (which can be found on the ECCSF googlegroup) and that the proper representatives are listed. Thanks!

Please keep a look out for the meeting date and time.

Best,
Xochitl Chilly Cruz
ECCSF Admin. Chair

I just wanted to make sure that everyone knows the outcome of the voting tonight.
For those of you who were not present, the line-up for next year is as follows:

Fall 2010 - Columbia University
Winter 2011 - Yale University
Spring 2011 - Princeton University

Could we add peoples skype info to the rep contact sheet? It may prove useful in the future. Congrats and good luck to the winning biders!

Hi all--

I hope your summers were amazing &everyone is ready for another school year.

I am currently working on RAZA programming, and would like to include ECCSF conferences in the calendar. Any idea when the fall/winter conferences will be held? Thanks!

Saludos,
Maricruz
