Please let me know if I missed anything or if your parents spent anything so that we can add to the pool and share.
All this is the cost for the previous local competition only. I do not expect any extra cost for the state competition as we will try and avoid the Uhal cost this time.
Today we must take group photograph and send it to Odyssey guys so that they can post it on their web site. Please remember it has to be done today only as it is the last day.
Friday evening let us meet at our home with families for the practice. We will have dinner also and continue as long as it takes. Please invite your parents on my behalf to come without fail.

Firstly let me congratulate you all for your excellent performance. You landing in the 7th place out of the 18 teams is indeed an achievement which can be improved in our next attempt. with things falling in place, I will look forward to you entering the internationals in your next attempt.

Regarding the expenses incurred in the last performance we did not have any additional expense except the Uhal and gas expenses, which came to $240 even. Add it to our previous tally we have incurred about $600. That brings it to $100 per member. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you to all the parents especially our coach, Mr.Tallapragada, who helped us through all of the "hard spots" and guided us throughout the building of the structure, and not getting frustrated when we stray off of topic...to say the least :). Also, thank you to Arvind's dad for being our Spontaneous coach and helping us do good in the spontaneous problems.
