Hey everyone,

Looks like those of you that made it to Northampton or other races this past weekend had a blast. Big shoutout to Flyyn (who can walk again!) for driving out to Northampton to cheer and take photos.

This coming weekend, we have another split weekend. The mid-Atlantic folks will be heading to Sly Fox CX in Pottstown, PA. Meanwhile, the New England folks will be racing at West Hill Shop CX in Putney, VT.

For Sly Fox, please make sure you read the event notes on BikeReg carefully, as there are some special rules due to the event being at a brewery. Most importantly, no outside food or drink is allowed. This is a new event to our calendar for this year, but one I would like to return to in the future, so please follow the rules and be respectful! We don’t want to be the reason the race isn’t invited back to the venue.

Looking ahead, this coming weekend is the next-to-last weekend of our season. If you want to go to Nats, remember that we are asking for two starts as an A rider, so get those upgrades in before this weekend if you haven’t already. If you have questions about Nats eligibility, please reach out to Alan, Kolie, and/or myself.

Our last weekend (Easterns) will be at Rainey Park CX in New York on the 20th. Please note that parking is extremely limited at this race since it is in the city, so please try to plan ahead and travel in as few vehicles as possible! I’m looking forward to seeing all of you there!

Hey Everyone,

Results from West Hill and Sly Fox, as well as updated overall standings, have been posted.

This coming weekend is our last CX weekend of the year. We will be racing at Rainey Park CX in Queens, NY. Double points are on offer, and this is the last weekend to get your starts in for Nationals.

A few things to note:

1. This event has a vaccination requirement. You should have seen a popup about this on Bikereg. Proof of vaccination status will be required for number pickup, so be prepared for that.

2. The Men's 4 and 5 fields have filled, so if you would be racing in those fields and haven't already registered, please contact me ASAP so we can figure out how to get you in.

3. This event is in New York City, so I strongly encourage you to bring only what you need and leave anything you don't want stolen (such as a computer) at home. Additionally, DO NOT leave your bike unattended, even if it is locked to a rack. It will get stolen.

4. Parking is limited, so please do your best to carpool or otherwise travel in as few vehicles as possible.

As always, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to me.

See you all at Rainey!
