ECBU practices in Istanbul

hey guys,

When I have time I plan to do a write-up of what we worked on at the camp last Sunday, but for now I wanted to call attention to one decision that was made:

The ECBU practices in Istanbul need clear leadership and direction.  After some discussion on this matter the Istanbul people present at the camp all agreed that in terms of coming up with concepts and running practices, the following three people should be in charge:  

Melanie, Eylem, Emre Can

Melanie is a clear choice because of her experience and skill set, but can't be at every practice.  Eylem is willing to put in a lot of time and effort, and is constantly trying to learn about and teach various aspects of the sport.  Emre Can is one of the strongest and most respected players in Turkey.   

These attributes complement each other nicely, in my opinion.

I know there have been some issues with timing and location and participation.  It's time to start discussing these issues and finding solutions.  In addition to the three above Gizem should certainly be included in these discussions, since in my understanding she has been the main person organizing fields.
