bike lanes on La Costa Ave.!

Hi Ladies,

They are finally going to fix La Costa Ave. between Rho Santa Fe Road and El Camino Real.  It only takes a minute to fill out the survey, and it would probably be a big help in getting the much needed bike lanes.  If you could also agree that landscaping would slow traffic a bit and make it a safer road, I'd sure love that!
