You CAN'T do that in Windows 7 and Windows 8. You can say that Microsoft messed it up after Windows Vista.
The 'Balanced' plan is always fixed in the battery meter pop up followed by the plan you most recently used.

Use PC Meter Connect software to turn your computer into a connection device that connects your meter to the Pitney Bowes Data Center. These instructions are for first-time users who have never installed PC Meter Connect on this computer.

Ya me to CPU meter and GPU meter need PC Meter for temps and such - tried everything I can think of - it was blocked at first. Running as admin in win8 compatibility mode. Network meter works great and Drives meter. I love my Gadgets!

I have the same problem, CPU and GPU meter was working perfect on Windows 10 with PCMeter and til i made the "anniversary update" i have this problem, tryed everything nothing works ! I hope they will fix it.

Things will probably get even better for the next release - the developers are experimenting with splitting the meters - using the latest alpha nightly releases I now have my record meter occupying about 3/4 of the window width and the playback one just 1/4

A metered network connection will try to control and reduce data usage on the network, so some apps might work differently on a metered connection. Also, some updates for Windows won't be installed automatically.

You can manually set Wi-Fi and Ethernet network connections to metered if you want to reduce the amount of data used by apps and services on that network. A cellular data network connection is set as metered by default.

A metered connection is an Internet connection that has a data limit associated with it. Cellular data connections are set as metered by default. Wi-Fi and Ethernet network connections can be set to metered but aren't by default. Some apps might work differently on a metered connection to help reduce your data usage. Also, some updates for Windows won't be installed automatically.

If your device is running Windows 10 (version 1903 or version 2004) and you turned off the Set as metered connection option for your cellular data connection, your device might reset to metered again when it wakes up from hibernation, or after it shuts down.

If you're hooked up to the Internet via Ethernet, you apparently have no reason to limit your data usage, according to Microsoft. But what if you want to anyway? One reason to consider metering your data connection is because you can control Windows 10's mandatory updates -- Microsoft will not automatically download updates on a metered connection, allowing you to update the OS at your own pace (to manually download an update on a metered connection, just go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and click Download).

Because Microsoft hasn't built metering Ethernet connections into Windows 10, you'll need to take a trip into the Registry Editor to change this setting. Messing around in the Registry Editor can break your computer, so the usual warnings apply -- do not try this hack unless you're comfortable using the Registry Editor!

To set the connection as non-metered (default), change the Value data to 1. Hit OK to confirm, exit the Registry Editor, and restart your computer to save the changes.

The user wants to connect directly to a PowerLogic Meter via a RJ-45 crossover cable

Product Line
PowerLogic Meters with Ethernet Option and EGX Gateways

Environment

This article outlines the procedure for connecting a PowerLogic Meter directly to a computer via an ethernet cable. A cross-over ethernet cable is required for this task.

1. Obtain a RJ-45 Ethernet CROSS-OVER cable.
2. Connect one end of the cable to the Meter and Computer to the other.
3. Assign an IP address and Subnet Mask to the meter (see Example below) ignoring the gateway settings
4. Assign an IP address and Subnet Mask to the computer :

Correlometer is a free analog-style stereo multi-band correlation meter AudioUnit, AAX, and VST plugin for professional music production applications. It is based on correlation meter found in PHA-979 phase-alignment plugin.

Multi-band correlation metering is an advanced way to check for presence of out-of-phase elements in the mix. Broadband correlation metering reports overall phase issues and may misrepresent problems present in select spectral bands, while multi-band correlation meter easily highlights problems present in mid to high frequencies that are not easily heard by ear, but may still reduce clarity of the mix. Another application of multi-band correlation metering is phase- and time-aligning of channels and tracks, especially bass and bass-drum pairs, guitar mic and D.I. source pairs, two-microphone stereo recordings, etc.

I'm a new player on the WGT tour. When I started playing as a hack, m meter was working fine, as an amateur also but problems started when I turned ''pro''. The meter was jumping allover the place and I didn't have any fun in playing anymore. Then somebody gave me the advice to change my browser to Maxthon. So I did and to my fullest satisfaction. I only use it for playing golf. Try this, for me it was a perfect solution. Good luck, I hope it will sort things out for you. With regards, makkes64

Hello,

I am programming on SM35-J-R20 in Visilogic 9.8.31 (I wasn't able to update the PLC on the newer versions). I made a demo program on my PC, everything worked fine. But now I make programs for my company on company notebook, and I ran to this problem: when I try to edit the meter variable, almost every (I assume) slider as well as buttons (on the cross) are white. I can't edit values like Radius, Arc Angle etc., because even if I click on it, nothing happens. Do any of you have an idea what could cause it? Both my PC and notebook run on Windows 10. I also have a problem with a scroll bar in Ladder, but I kind of got used to it.

If you wonder why I'm still doing this in 2021; well, my company has found dozens of these PLCs in a storage they bought from the former company.

I will appreciate any help.

Here you can, for example, click on the first checkbox to make the sidebar always visible. This way you have your gadgets always in sight. A disadvantage is though, that the close button of maximized windows isn't on the top-right corner anymore. To fix this you can put the sidebar on the left side.

The Progress Meter indicates the progress of the current print job and provides printer status information when bidirectional communication between the printer and computer is established. This meter also displays helpful tips for better printing and error messages, as explained below.
