Ksp How To Download BEST Craft Files

So I see a lot of .craft file sharing I here and I would love to try some of your designs but I've never been able to get a .craft file to work before. I am on Mac and have the game loaded on steam. Can anyone give me a short tutorial on how to do it?
Im using ksp x64 and now that ive finally downloaded B9 I tried some of the craft files only to find that there missing. They are indeed sitting in the appropriate folders but both the stock AND any downloaded craft files are not showing in the load screen. Only the craft that I've made. And now that I realize it this had been the case from the very beginning. I started this save file not long after .24 hit and gradually built it up overtime. And when I think about it there was never a single craft in my load screen other my own. So this has been going on for awhile now. Saying if its a certain mod is hard to say. So has anyone ever heard of this?
I'm not near my desktop right now so I can't screenshot exact information for my KSP steam install. I do know it depends on the platform and how you installed the game as to which directory you will be targeting to place the files into.
I've found saved game files in [USER]/AppData/LocalLow/Intercept Games/Kerbal Space Program 2/Saves/SinglePlayer/[KSP Username]/, but I can't seem to locate my craft files. I'd like to verify that they're there, since I can't seem to load them (though the game blocks me from saving new crafts with the same name). Can anyone please tell me where I should be looking?
If you have parts that are not part of the stock game (such as from MechJeb or Kethane), please either remove them, or if they're essential to the ship, mention the addon(s) and/or plugin(s) needed when you post the .craft file.
Where is your super awesome rocket? Assuming that your super awesome rocket is named super_awesome_rocket in the game, that it is built in building (insert VAB or SPH), and that you are saving under save_game_name, you'll find your .craft file under "saves" in your KSP root directory. So the path is ROOT DIRECTORY/saves/save_game_name/ships/building/super_awesome_rocket.craft. If a save game with that name was created, all directories should exist. At least the saves directory must exist, otherwise you are in a wrong directory.
It might be a good idea before doing anything to understand what the specific 500 error being raised is. Enable dev mode so you can see the full error output, or look in the log files and paste the specific error here.

The File is used to craft items and cut Fences, Vent Covers and Slats. It exists in all three Escapists games. It has 10 uses in TE1, and 4 in TE2. Add some transfer tape to the top of one snowflake. Remove it from the paper backing, so the transfer tape has the image on it. Then line up the snowflake in the center of your circle on the outside of the jar and press it into place.
