University at Albany Asian Occasion

The University at Albany Asian American Alliance cordially invites you to attend our annual cultural showcase, Asian Occasion, on Saturday, November 17, 2007 at Page Hall (Downtown Campus). Asian Occasion is THE largest student performance on campus, attracting over 500 attendees each year from across the Northeast & tri-state region. Our special guest this year is The Hsu-nami (http://myspace.com/thehsunamirocks), who plays a variety of rock sub-styles including metal, psychedelic, prog rock, and funk with an amplified er-hu taking the place of lead vocals. We hope you will join us for a night of cultural & modern performances by UA's Asian student groups & performance groups. Tickets are $10 in advance & $12 at the door. (There are also group discounts.) Doors open at 6:30PM.
