The University of Maryland Asian American Student Union invites you to the 8^th Annual F.U.E.L conference this coming weekend!!

TRANSFORM YOURSELF at...

F.U.E.L. Leadership Conference

Come experience two days of fun, entertainment, workshops and guest speakers at the University of Maryland's annual leadership conference, F.U.E.L. (Forging, Understanding, Empowering and Leading), during the weekend of Nov. 9th and 10th. This year's theme is "TRANSFORMERS." Transform what you think about Asian Pacific Americans and the current issues affecting them! Come see that there is "MORE THAN MEETS THE EYE."

The conference kicks off on the night of November 9th with the SASA-sponsored Comedy Show featuring DAN NAINAN, who has performed opening acts for comedian Russell Peters. The actual conference gets started the next day, November 10th, featuring our keynote speaker, BEAU SIA, a Spoken Word artist who is highly influential in APA communities across the country.

This will also present a good opportunity to meet APA leaders like you.  We hope to use this event to mobilize the community and give ECAASU participants the chance to meet one another before the Cornell conference in February.
