Job Description:
Primary Responsibility
* Be responsible for supporting multiple applications and delivering quality support to end users.
* Ensure that the issues raised by the customer are solved at 100% accuracy, maintaining the Support SLA * Maintain knowledge base/troubleshooting documentation, system monitoring and compliance/audit documents related to audit logs, user privileges and permissions.
* Involve in functional testing for the application patch update and OS Patch updates, and ensure the processes are documented and complete * Self motivated, good planning skills and the ability to work independently, be adaptable to change and varied working hours (24/7 shift is a prerequisite) * Participate in all the project related activities with other IT teams, thereby attain better understanding of the new releases, enhancements.
Technical skills:
* Experience/Strong knowledge in ITIL process * Good knowledge on SQL, PL/SQL for data analysis * Experience using any of the help desk systems/Ticketing tools * Minimum 1 year of experience in supporting business applications in a production environment * Experience/Knowledge in financial/banking domain * knowledge or experince of Dot Net/Java/J2ee * Experience in basic programming and Log analysis

 Look for profiles with Development Experience with some sort of support experience.
 Resumes from Banking Product environment . Someone worked in Production support of Fincale , Flexcube kind of products.
 Exp in Java/ .Net environment
