bug report: error in S3 file sync prefs

Went to set up S3 folder sync and got error "Must be a number." attached to the "Wait" field when I clicked the submit button for the form. Sync works properly, but changing the "Wait" value always generates this error and reverts back to the default of 30 when the page refreshes. Screenshot in the link.

Updated opml.root (1 part updated). Fix confirmed. Form submits without error now.
