just a reminder of Sundays meeting..only had two official apologies -from Lyndee and Dave Hartwanger and Billy Godfrey..thanks

The venue has been changed to My Pond Hotel in Port Alfred, can I please get confirmation today from all clubs as to numbers attending for catering purposes - snacks and coffee mid morning.

Time is still 9.30.

And nominations also need to be in by Tomorrow.

Hi All,

Herewith Agenda for upcoming AGM on the 7th July, I have also included last years minutes.

Please RSVP and  submit any nominations for EC Colours  and for the committee to by latest 1st July 2013.

I have attached criteria for colours , please note that there will also be a section for coaches which will be similiar to athletes, this will be finalised at Agm, but nominations can be submitted so long.

If you have anything you would like to discuss at AGM please advise me asap so I can add to agenda.

Directions to venue will follow shortly.
