1- PR- set up the invitation letter and updte from speaker ( for VIP, get the updtes as inform in the letter, come or not, and know thier details as well

2- CnP ( deal with MC, Moderator, Ushers and some decoration- as i mention clearly ) , details of progrmme, must be finished this weekend ASAP !

3- Log - updte the changes to PMMD for the red carpet, Lorry, stage for UTPCO, and vanders ( right now we have 3, ) ask MPP, RM and other collabration members

4- PnP - banners ? Posters ? web , blog ?? , kindly notify me now.....

5- SnB _ help to promte by approach them
