Dear excos and hicoms,

As we all know, InFud is an event collaborated with different clubs. So we would like to urge the everyone to promote in their clubs. These are some of the few things we would like everyone to help out.

1) Please promote this event in  your respective clubs, google group and facebook. =] We are a collaborated event after all. For those if they had already promote the event, please promote again because this is a very vital week.

2) Please also ask your members of your own clubs to come because the more the merrier~~~~ =] So, everyone let's go listen to the talk that we had all been so striving to organise. =]

3) Please ask your respective clubs whether anyone is interested in opening booths that night in front of the CH to promote their events, clubs, and etc. 

That's all everyone, I hope that everyone would please reply with a noted if they see this email. I also hope that everyone would be willing to help me with the above tasks. If anyone had any problems, just voice out and we would be please to help out. Thank you all~~~ =]
