Asslm and hye to all, i wish you are in healthy

as we are know the event LEFT LEss than 10 days...

so i hope the deparment who fail to come to today meeting MUST update here...

~Please spend the time on this moment~

from myself , i have spend most on my time thinking and solving the InFUD 2013 for 24/7...
 even i'm not study on this semester, but i left most of my time being RA (ResearchAsistant ) in order to focus for InFUD,

i do not know what will happen to my SV , if he know , i'm not focus in RA ..

if you think, i just give the instruction on myself  only, you are totally wrong..i try my best to deal with management, donation outside and thanks to GOD we get

some donation outside,... Starting from february 2013 , i start making the proposal by myself , go to management office, staff and event the letter of invitation and donation stuff as well and  everyday sleep at 1.30 to 2.00 am and wake up at 6 .00am.
.i have sacrifice a lot for this :(... i'm not going to show off, but PLEASE appreciate on what i have done for InFUD

So the point is very simple :

As the HICOM, HOD, and AHOD, please DO SOMETHING with InFUD ..

1- look back at our intention~ if for the sake of cerfitiface~ you will get it, but without experiece and  meaning

2- learn to work in urgent or ASAP condition : like this event , we need to be well planned for this event, NOT ALL the things we DO on our own

3- Distribute the task equally : be updte and faciliate ur team

for the rest, i let it on your own, depend on ur perspective whether to think or leave my comments here

BUT, what i learnt in any course of religions, THE MORE you GIVE , THE MORE YOU GET

What goes AROUND comes Around... it really means for those who understanding ~

Assalamualaikum.

1st of all, sorry to all of you, from me and my department for NEVER attending any meeting. This is basically due to the need of me to be off-campus for most of the weekend. I have to bring UTP team to UIA so yeah.

2nd of all, FOODS. Top priority, is food for VIP. So far, I only receive info for Christian (no sugar) and Buddhist (vegetarian) speaker. So therefore, I still cannot proceed to order food from Pak Ali cafes.

Food for committee, as I've been inform by the PM Hussaini, there are no budget for committee's food. Therefore, we would have to go search for sponsor from any cafe. I have tried most of the cafes in UTP, but none of them are willing to sponsor. If we need to ask funding from club and societies involved, they need a request letter. No informal approach is allowed, because there are money involved. As I am representing UCity, I don't think they are able to sponsor us because they will need budget for their upcoming event the following week after our event. AND I already posted in the group about the food preference among the committee. But NONE responsed. So therefore, I would straightway ordered whatever I think is okay once there is a budget. 

Conclusion, food for committee is still a no go. We need to search for alternate option.

As informed by Hussaini, the goblets for VIP can get from the Rakan Masjid. Therefore, I will try to find who's the PIC for me to borrow it. The souvenir, the An-Nur Centre will help sponsor. However, I need how much they are willing to sponsor then only I can go survey and order. Or if they want to directly order own their own, then it'll be fine. I cannot go out and survey for the same thing over and over again, when I already told that most of the plaque price is varied. They can go up to 200-300 ringgit each. Therefore, I need to know what is the amount they are willing to offer.

Plate and utensil for the dinner and light refreshment for VIP will be provided by the cafe.
