Dear Sir/Madam,

as per the discussion with the HOD-ECE, it has been decided that the Final project report submission in the department will be held on 22.04.15, 23.04.15 and 24.04.15 ( Notice attached), in Room No.-402( ECE-Board Room). All of you are requested to inform your concerned project groups to appear for the same as per the prescribed format( attached).

During the demonstration, the presence of concern supervisor is solicited.
