Hi, I need Advice from HR team, I completed MBA form 2009. now I am working as a HR Executive Since 6months I am working hear. Thing is, My HR Manger is not giving any work to me. Daily I am coming to office but not doing any work. I am not satisfied with the Job. So many time I asked him.He said I ll give the work but till now I am not doing any thing. Hello Seniors, I need your help. As I am working with a domestic BPO i.e. data entry back end. In my organization structure there is very less age difference between operators, supervisor and team leaders. And juniors are not giving proper respect their respective superior. I spoke to my employees many times but they are not improving their behavior. what should I do in this case. Please guide me.

Greetings All In Ambatur, Chennai/ The PF officials sending notices to the companies, that they have to deduct the PF amount for the Attendance Bonuses. They says as per new PF act says except HRA other payments in what ever earnings including incentives(attendance bonuses). Please explain this is correct then post the relevant PF act amendment. Hi, PF contribution is calculated on basic and the basic changes as per the attendance for the month. If the employee is worked only for 15 days in one particular month then PF for that month will be the same or it will change as per basic?
