Single replicate study

Hello,

I have been getting this error:

No Replicate - estimate phi NaN 

Error in min(EachChoose0[which(EachChoose0 != -Inf)]) : 

  invalid 'type' (list) of argument

It can mean two things either the variance is Zero or Infinity. In both cases, my count matrix was made two times and I know that I didn't do anything wrong in making the count matrix file.

Can you help me please?
