updateRD parameter in EBSeqHMM test function

Hi,

I read in a manual, we need an additional iterations for updateRD parameter in EBSeqHMM function. I'm using now updateRD =5. I have a good computational resources too. I don't have issue as it would take more time if i increase updateRD value.

what would be the optimum value for updateRD in my analysis.
