2 x 2 setup for EBSeq?

Hey,

this must be basics but I'm unsure how to implement 2 x 2 setup (two factors, both of which have two conditions: in this case the factors are sex and treatment) into EBSeq. I can surely analyze the sexes separately, and then see which genes/isoforms are DE corresponding to the treatment. But I'd also like to see the interaction term, i.e. which genes/isoforms behave differently in sexes in response to the treatment.
