Identification of up regulated and down regulated genes using EBSeq

Dear all,
       I am trying to identify differentially expressed genes using EBSeq . But after running the GetDEResults() command, i am only able to view the differentially expressed genes.How to identify whether a particular gene is upregulated or downregulated?
