Dear Weecheng,
I’m happy to inform you that the abridged version of the UNESCO report for the Malaysia Education Policy Review is finally available. Apologies again for the delay. Please find it attached herewith, and do feel free to share it with your colleagues in the NGO group (it will also be on our website soon).
Kind regards,

Dear Ramya,
Thanks for the reply, I understand the procedure and complication of Unesco in dueling with other country. Actually, on your capacity, would u like come here again to give talks or consultation to us. We always use multiculturalism, minority rights, unesco stand etc, without deeper understanding. Hope u would really consider my invitation.

Greetings from UNESCO Bangkok! My sincere apologies for such a late response to your message in regard to the UNESCO Malaysia Education Policy Review, which as you know was finalized last year and was used by the Ministry of Education in developing the Malaysia Education Blueprint 2013-2025.
It is unfortunate that we are not able to share the UNESCO report, but this is the condition imposed upon us by the Ministry of Education which in fact commissioned the UNESCO review. Our apologies for that. The MOE did agree that we could produce an abridged version for public sharing, but this is being coordinated by our Headquarters and is not ready as of yet, from what I understand. As soon as it is issued, we’ll be sure to share it with you for onward sharing with the NGOs group.
In any case, we thank you and the other NGOs with whom we met for your active contributions and frank insights, which were of great benefit to our review exercise.
Kind regards and apologies again for such a tardy response,
Ramya
