Dear all,

While we approach November, I wanted to share a new community consultation you can participate in regarding the OA Book Usage Data exchange.

With this form https://forms.gle/4zyZGxmsH6773eD59 we invite feedback on principles drafted to define allowable use and data use restrictions for specific data elements that could be exchanged via the OA Book Usage Data Trust (OAEBUDT).

These principles will inform which data licenses will be made available to both the usage data providers wishing to share their data via the OAEBUDT IDS and usage data recipients wishing to access data via the OAEBUDT IDS. In this consultation, we seek feedback from both data providers and data recipients on: 1) usage data licensing, 2) data sensitivity levels, and 3) concerns that necessitate use restrictions.
