Newly Elected 2024-2026 Term Trustees

Greetings Everyone:

At the end of each year, a portion of our community governance comes up for election. The last act of our OA Book Usage Data Trust's 2023 Board of Trustees was to elect four individuals to fill vacancies for 2024. 

This past December, ten individuals were on the ballot for four seats. Based on the votes received, I'm pleased to welcome Sherine Eid, John Lenahan, and Vivian Berghahn to the Board alongside Jennifer Kemp who has been reelected for a second term. 

Our outgoing Trustees Sharla Lair, Lorraine Estelle, and Dimitris Pierrakos have our gratitude for all they have contributed over the past few years as  founding Trustees.  As Board Chair from 2022-2023, Sharla was instrumental to establishing our effective Board and fiscal sponsorship arrangement with the OPERAS AISBL. Each having chaired our Policy and Governance Board Committee, Lorraine and Dimitris both directly contributed to policies that will guide our effort forward in the coming years. 

With a heart full of gratitude and excitement, I truly look forward to what 2024 holds in store.
